Michael Beckwith is President of Shoejobz.com and has been in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2001. He is responsible for the vision, direction, and overall performance of the company and the services it provides. Prior to his recruiting experience he spent his entire career in the footwear industry including 23 years at Brown Shoe. Michael held senior level management position overseeing the Naturalizer and Life Stride footwear divisions. He has an in depth understanding as to how the footwear industry operates along with extensive relationships with industry leaders.
Mary Connell
Vice President of Operations
Mary is VP of Operations, she has an extensive background in operations and logistics. Oversee the daily operations, contracts and invoicing. Takes the lead in managing all aspects of the business.
Sue Ellen King
Creative Director
Sue provides us with her specialized approach in creative development and leads all interactive projects. She also helps in developing brand strategy, as well as internal processes for project management.
